Busy Mixing Tips



•  2 zucchini's

•  Tomato paste or pizza sauce

•  Your favorite pizza toppings eg ham,

   chicken, salami, turkey, Italian herbs

•  Grated cheese

•  Preheat oven at 180C (356F) Degrees

•  Cut your zucchini in half lengthways

•  Brush the cut side with tomato paste

•  Layer pizza topping on top of tomato paste

•  Sprinkle with cheese

•  Cook in oven for 15 minutes

5 minutes prep

20 minutes to eat

This makes a fantastic side dish and is a great way to jazz up your vegies and get the kids to eat them

You can also use some tomato based pasta sauce instead of the tomato paste

Also optional if you like garlic add some crushed garlic to your tomato paste

You can use any type of cheese.  Traditionally you would use mozzarella but it works with other cheeses such as parmesan or tasty
