Busy Mixing Tips

•  250g (9oz) yogurt

•  2 egg whites

•  handful of sprinkles or crushed nuts or

   dried fruit cut small



•  Whisk egg whites until stiff peaks

•  Combine with yogurt

•  Spread on a lined dehydrator tray

•  Sprinkle sprinkles on the top of the yogurt

•  Dehydrate at 60C (140F) Degrees for approx 8

   hours or until crispy

•  Break up into smaller pieces

Store in an airtight container in the fridge


This recipe is great if you've got some left over egg whites.  Click for ideas on what to do with the yolks


If you don't have a dehydrator you could try this on the lowest setting in the oven.  It will be quicker but keep an eye as it can easily burn


NOTE - The FDA recomends against eating raw eggs.  We have our own chickens and the eggs are washed and eaten within a day of laying so I am not worried.  However, if you are worried about raw eggs you can leave these out or purchase egg white powder.
