Busy Mixing Tips

•  2 tsp butter

•  500kg (18oz) turkey mince

•  salt and pepper to taste

•  1 red capsicum chopped

•  1 onion

•  2/3 cup celery chopped

•  1 clove garlic minced

•  1 tsp chili powder

•  1 tsp paprika

•  1 tsp ground cumin

•  1 pinch cayenne pepper

•  400g (3.5 oz) canned tomatoes

•  ½ cup chicken stock

•  1 bay leaf

25 minutes prep

25 minutes ready to eat

Stove Top

•  Fry turkey and butter in a large fry pan with a lid

   until brown

•  Add remaining ingredients to pan

•  Bring to boil then simmer with the lid on for 15

   minutes (take lid off for the last 5 minutes if you

   prefer less liquid)

•  Discard bay leaf and serve
