• 335 00 flour
• 170g water
• 40g olive oil
• 1 tsp salt
• Place all ingredients into thermo or food processor.
Blitz for 20 seconds until combined
• Remove dough from machine and divide into 8
• Roll each ball into a round flat bread
• Fry each bread on a fry pan on low heat. Cook until
it begins to bubble (approx 1 minute) and flip over
and cook for a further minute.
