15 minutes ready to eat

Step 1

•  2 chicken breasts diced

•  1 portion Tandoori Marinade



Step 2

•  1 red onion diced

•  8 papadams


Step 3

•  1 cup of cooked rice

•  1 cucumber diced

•  250g cherry tomatoes halved


Step 4

•  1/3 cup plain or natural yogurt










•  Mix chicken with marinade and set aside


•  Fry onions until soft then add chicken marinade and

   fry until chicken cooked


•  While chicken is cooking heat oil in a pot and fry

   papadams


•  Once chicken cooked stir in step 3 ingredients and

   turn off heat


•  Serve with dollops of yogurt on top
