Busy Mixing Tips

Step 1 Ingredients

•  4 tsp crushed ginger

•  2 tsp crushed garlic

•  1 tsp chilly flakes

•  1 tbsp curry powder

•  2 tsp garam masala

•  40g (1.5oz) lemon juice

•  ½ tsp turmeric

•  1 kg (2lb) diced lamb


Step 2 Ingredients

•  2 onions peeled and quartered

•  80g(30z) butter


Step 3 Ingredients

•  20g (1oz) tomato paste

•  100g (3.5oz) cashews

•  300g(10oz) greek yogurt

•  90g (3oz) water

•  1 tsp salt

•  1 tsp coriander powder

•  1 tsp turmeric powder

•  1 tsp paprika powder

•  ½ tsp cardamom powder

•  1 pinch cinnamon powder

•  1 pinch cracked pepper


Step 4 Ingredients

•  90g cream


Rice for serving



•  Place step 1 ingredients into a large zip lock bag.  

   Massage around in bag and set aside


•  Add step 2 ingredients to thermi

          •  Turbo/pulse 10 seconds

          •  Cook 5 minutes,100C(212F) degrees, speed 1


•  Add step 3 ingredients to thermi,

          •  Turbo/pulse 15 seconds


•  Insert butterfly and add step 1 ingredients from bag to

   thermi

          •  Cook 30 minutes, 120C(248F) degrees (steamer

              temp), reverse thermomix, speed 1 bellini


•  Add step 4 ingredients to thermi

          •  Mix 30 seconds, speed 1

     

•  Serve on rice

Super Simple Lamb Korma

Keep jars of crushed garlic and crushed ginger in the fridge


Use the blunt blades for the entire cook if using a bellini.


Don't forget to cook your rice in bulk and freeze in meal size portions so you can just whip out a portion to go with this meal.
