Sugar Free Peanut Butter

Food Processor or thermo machine and fridge

•  Add all ingredients to thermo bowl

•  Cook 100C (212F) degrees speed 1 for 2 minutes

•  Place mixture in silicon molds

•  Freeze for 2 hours or until set

•  Store in fridge in sealed container

•  350g (12oz) sugar free peanut butter

•  3 tbs coconut oil

•  1/3 cup rice malt syrup

•  1 tsp vanilla essence

•  Large pinch of salt

•  ¼ cup coconut cream


Rice malt syrup is fructose free so much better for you than sugar or honey (you can buy it at Coles or Woolworths in the health food section)


Sugar free peanut butter is also available in the health food section or you can make your own by blending peanuts
