Busy Mixing Tips

•  2L (1 quart) Stock

•  1 tsp Ginger

•  500g (18oz) Meat (chicken, beef pork or

   seafood use pork balls from the asian shop

   but you can use any meat you like)

•  2 Carrots diced

•  ½ Chinese cabbage diced

•  1/4 celery celery diced

•  I small can champignon mushrooms

•  1 can baby corn spears

•  1/3 bunch of Shallot

•  4-6 segments of long life noodles

•  Large splash of soy sauce



For serving

•  Steamed rice

•  Chilly

•  Beansprouts

•  Light steamboat by placing heat beads in the middle

   and jiffy lighter and set alight and place some stock in

   the bowl to stop it burning. If you have electric one

   just turn it on and pour in stock.

• Once boat is up to temperature place all ingredients e

   except those for serving into the steamboat

•  Cook for 1 hr

•  To serve place rice in the bottom of a bowl, cover with

   steamboat soup, top with bean sprouts and chilly to

   taste
