Busy Mixing Tips

Frypan

Step 1

•   200g (7oz) noodles


Step 2

•  500g beef rump steak sliced thin

•  1 tsp crushed ginger

•  2 tsp crushed garlic

•  1 tbs oil


Step 3

•  1/4 cup black bean sauce

•  1 1/2 tbs sweet chili sauce

•  1 tbs soy sauce

•  1 tbs lemon juice

•  1 red capsium sliced thin

•  1 can baby corn halved

•  1 bok choy quartered

•  4 spring onions diced small





•  Cook noodles in boiling water


  While noodles are cooking, fry step 2 ingredients in a

   pan for 2 minutes or until brown


  Add step 3 ingredients to pan and fry for a further 3-4

   minutes.


  Drain noodles and combine with pan ingredients until

   coated in sauce


  Serve while hot.
