Busy Mixing Tips

•   2.5 cups self raising flour

•   2 tbs butter

•   1 cup milk

•   1/3 cup spaghetti bolognaise sauce

•   1/2 cup grated cheese (any type)

•  Preheat over 180C (350F) degrees

•  Combine flour, butter and milk in a thermo/blender

   pulse/turbo for 10 seconds. If its too sticky to  

   handle add some more flour

•  Flour bench, and roll dough into a flat square

   pizza shape with a rolling pin

•  Spread sauce over dough

•  Sprinkle with ½ the cheese

•  Roll up the dough up to make pin wheels and cut

   4cm individual lengths

•  Place on tray lined with baking paper on their side

   with each roll touching the next

•  Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top

•  Bake for 15-20 minutes

Pull apart to eat

15 minutes prep

30 minutes ready to eat

Thermo Machine or Food Processor and Oven


This recipe is excellent if you have left over spaghetti bolognaise sauce from last nights dinner that you are not sure what to do with.  

Keep grated cheese in your fridge.  It means you don't have to grate it when needed

This makes a great picknick or lunch box snack

You can also swap the milk for buttermilk to make them more "fluffy".
