Slow Cooker

10 minutes prep

1hr 40 mins ready to eat

Step 1

•  3 cups self raising flour

•  2 cups warm water

•  1/2 tsp salt

•  1/2 tsp pepper

•  100g sliced ham

•  1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

•  handful of sliced olives

•  1 tbs mixed herbs

•  1/2 cup tasty grated cheese


Step 2

•  1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

•  handful of sliced olives

•  handful of sliced ham





•  Line slow cooker with baking paper and turn onto

   high



•  Combine Step 1 ingredients in a bowl



•  Place mixture on to baking paper



•  Sprinkle Step 2 ingredients over the top of the

   mixture



•  Put tea towel under lid of slow cooker (to stop

   moisture dropping on your bread) and cook for

   1.5hrs


•  Remove from slow cooker and slice to serve









You can replaced the cheese, herbs, ham and olives with any other flavour combinations you like, eg herb and garlic, tomato and olive, chives, rosemary and salt, ham cheese and pineapple
