Busy Mixing Tips


Step 1

•  500g chicken thigh diced

•  1 onion diced

•  200ml chicken stock

•  2 tsp curry powder

•  2 tsp soy sauce

•  2 tsp crushed garlic

•  400ml can coconut milk

•  pinch salt


Step 2

•  1 - 2 tsp cornflour

•  2 tbs of water














•  Place all step 1 ingredients in to slow cooker and

   cook on low for 5.5 hours

•  Combine step 2 ingredients in a glass and then pour

   into slow cooker and stir.   Cook on low for a futher

   1/2 hour to allow sauce to thicken.
