The Marinade

•  2 tsp crushed garlic

•  1 tsp crushed ginger

•  2 tsp honey

•  2 tbs soy sauce

•  1 tsp sesame oil

•  1 tsp chinese five spice

The Rest

•  1kg (2lb) pork shoulder deboned and rolled

•  4 spring onions sliced

•  Rice to serve

•  Mix all marinade ingredients rub into meat and

   refrigerate for 2 hours min (over night if possible)

•  Place pork and marinade in slow cooker for 5 hours

   on high

•  Pull pork into shreds, serve on rice and garnish with    

   spring onions
