•  500g chicken thighs diced into cubes

•  1 onion diced

•  3 tbs crushed garlic

•  1 tbs crushed ginger

•  2 tbs tomato paste

•  1 tsp garam masala

•  2 tsp paprika

•  1 tsp sold

•  1 400g diced tomatoes

•  1 270g can coconut cream

•  Rice for serving












•  Put all ingredients except rice into slow cooker.

•  Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.  

•  Serve with rice
