Busy Mixing Tips


Step 1

•  1 bunch bok choy wash well based removed

•  2 tbs salt


Step 2

•  1/4 cup water

•  1/2 tbs plain flour

•  1/2 tbs sugar


Step 3

•  1/4 cup carrots sliced matchsticks

•  4 green onions chopped fine

•  1/8 cup crushed garlic

•  1/2 tsp minced ginger

•  1/8 cup fish sauce

•  1/4 cup hot pepper flakes

•  Optional

    •  1/4 cup korean radish sliced matchsticks

    •  1 tsp fermented salted shrimp diced small









15 minutes prep

2 days ready to eat

Stove top and Glass Jar

•  Combine bok choy and salt and set aside for 1 hour

•  Boil step 2 ingredients in a pan and stir using a

   whisk until the liquid thickens slightly.

•  Add step 2 to step 3 ingredients and combine

•  After 1 hour rinse boy choy under cold water and

   then combine with step 2 and 3 ingredients and mix       

   well

•  Place in a glass jar on the bench for 2 days

•  Store in the fridge
