Step 1

•  500g smoked salmon

•  1 tbs honey

•  1 tbs capers

•  1/4 cup fetta crumbed

•  2 cups rocket leaves

•  1 tbs olive oil












•  Divide salmon into 2 portions and place on each

   plate

•  Drizzle 1/2 the honey, capers and fetta over the

   salmon on each plate

•  Add half the rocket to each plate and drizzle with 1/2

   the olive oil over the rocket.

•  Eat!
