Oven


•  2 cups raw cashews

•  ½ cup pumpkin seeds

•  ½ cup sunflower seeds

•  2 tbs chilli sauce





•  Preheat oven to 180C (356F) Degrees

•  Combine all ingredients

•  Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper

•  Cook for 10 minutes or until nuts are toasted

•  2 tbs chilli sauce




Careful nuts are very hot when they come out of the oven.


When completely cool store in airtight container


If you don't have chilli sauce in the your pantry you can  subsitute for 2 tbs oil and 1 tbs chilli powder combined


Nuts a very healthy snack and chilli helps speed up your metabolism.  Just make sure you check the sugar amount in your chilli sauce.  Some have very high sugar content and some don't.  I think the lower sugar ones taste just as good and you miss out on all that nasty sugar
