Busy Mixing Tips

  Throw veggies in blender or thermo machine and

   pulse/blitz until blended to a pulp

  Spread pulp onto a silicon or baking paper

   mat on your dehydrator and dehydrate at 40C (100F)

   degrees until completely dry (for me it was 24 hrs)

  Remove dried pulp and place back in blender/

   thermi and pulse until you have a powder (10

   seconds)

  Store in airtight container

•  What ever raw vegies you have in the

   fridge in what ever quantities you like.

   No need to peel, just remove stalks

Use the following ratios when replacing fresh ingredients with powder in a recipe

1 tbs = 1 cup


This Powder is perfect to put in dishes for your kids.  It boosts flavour and they wont have a clue they are eating healthy


If you don't have a dehydrator you can use the lowest setting on your oven.  Times will vary depending on the temperature and the powder will technically not be "raw" as the temperature in the oven will "cook" the powder


Raw vegetables are better for you as their enzymes, vitamins and minerals are unchanged because they are not cooked. Anything less than 42C (109F) is considered raw
