Busy Mixing Tips

Frypan

15 minutes prep

15 minutes ready to eat

Step 1

•  4 chicken thigh fillets

•  1 tbs oil



Step 2

•  400g can of diced tomatoes

•  10 olives de pitted sliced in half

•  1 tsp garlic

•  1/4 cup spinach chopped fine (I use frozen)

•  salt and pepper to taste

•  1 tsp mixed herbs

•  1/2 tsp pepper flakes (optional)


Step 3

•  Cous Cous, Rice or Pasta to serve

   (optional)



•  Heat oil on high heat in pan and then brown chicken

   on all sides (approximately 5 minutes)


•  Add step 2 ingredients and fry for a further 5 minutes

   until chicken completely cooked.


•  Serve on rice, pasta cous cous or on its own
