Busy Mixing Tips

•  2 cups pumpkin seeds

•  2 cups sesame seeds

•  ½ cup rice malt syrup

•  2 pinches of salt

10 minutes prep

1.25 hrs ready to eat


•  Preheat over 120C (240F) Degrees

•  Mix all ingredients well

•  Place baking paper on baking tray

•  Spread mixture flat in square shape

•  Cook for 40 minutes

•  Remove from oven

•  Place baking paper sheet on top of slice and turn

   over placing it upside down in the pan

   (careful it will be hot so use a tea towl).

•  Squash flat (compress) with a spatula or spoon and

   remove baking paper sheet which is now on top

•  Put back into the oven for further 20 minutes

•  Remove from oven and let cool completely

•  Cut into squares with sharp knife
