Busy Mixing Tips

Pressure Cooker Butter Garlic and Lemon Chicken

• 4 chicken thighs

• pinch of salt

• 1 large onion diced

• 3 tbs butter

• 5 tsp crushed garlic

½ cup chicken stock

¼ cup white wine

¼ cup lemon juice

• 3-4 tsp cornstarch

•  Brown/sauté onions and chicken in pressure cooker*  

•  Add all other ingredients to pot except cornstarch

•  Cook on high for 15 minutes

•  Mix cornstarch with 2 tbs water to make slury and

   pour in to pot.

•  Brown/sauté until liquid thickens*

•  Serve with some steamed vegies.

If your pressure cooker does not have a brown/saute funtion you can

brown the chicken and thicken the liquid by doing those step in a pan


Keep lemon juice in the fridge so you don't have to prepare it when cooking
