Busy Mixing Tips


•  500g (18oz) pork steak

•  2 tbs olive oil (or beef flavour boost pod)

•  20g (1oz) butter

•  350g (12oz) sliced mushrooms

•  1 tbs wholegrain mustard

•  1 tsp mustard powder

•  300ml (11oz) thickened cream

•  Hand full of parsley and chives chopped

•  Salt and Pepper to taste



•  Fry pork over high heat with oil for 2 mins each

   side until golden. Remove from Pan and cover

   with alfoil.

•  Add butter and mushrooms to the pan and cook

   for 3 minutes then, add remaining ingridents  

•  Simmer 3-5 minutes until thickened slightly

•  If the sauce is still a bit too liquid turn up the heat

   and stir for a few minutes

•  Return pork and cook for 1 minute until cooked

   and then remove again.

•  Service with salad or vegies.
