Busy Mixing Tips

Step 1

•  Chicken breast sliced thin

•  1 tbs corn flour

•  1 tbs oil


Step 2

•   Carrots sliced into match sticks

•   Broccoli sliced thin

•   1 tbs oil



Step 3 - sauce

•   90g lemon juice

•   175g chicken stock

•   1 1/2 tbs white vinegar

•   30g honey

•   3 tbs corn flour


Rice for serving (optional)
















•  Place chicken and flour in bag and shake to coat

   chicken



•  Fry chicken until golden and remove and set aside



•  Fry vegies for 5 minutes (or until tender) and remove

   and set aside with chicken


•  While chicken is cooking combine sauce ingredients

   in a separate bowl



•  Pour combined sauce ingredients in the pan on

   fry on high stirring constantly until it thickens (roughly

   2 minutes)



•  Add back chicken and vegetables and stir through

   for 30 seconds



•  Serve with rice (optional)
