pressure cooker on high for 10 minutes

•  Depressurize and open lid and add step three

ingredients and cook with the lid down on brown

function for 3-5 minutes or until the liquid has reduced

to a nice consistency and the broccoli is cooked

•  Top with sesame seeds and serve with Rice

Slow - Pressure cooker

•  Place step 1 and step 2 ingredients plus extra 1/2 cup

of beef stock in slow cooker and cook on low for 4

   hours

•  Add step 3 ingredients for a further 30 minutes

•  Top with sesame seeds and serve with Rice

If your pressure cooker does not have a brown function you can still make this dish.  It just won't be a one pot dish.  Do the brown function steps on the stove in a pan that has a lid, or try the whole lot in a pan using rump steak instead of chuck.

Keep jars of crushed garlic and crushed ginger in the fridge
