Oatmeal Banana Cherry and Choc Chip Bread

5 minutes prep

45 minutes ready to eat

1 loaf

Food Processor or Thermo Machine

and oven

•  Preheat overn 180C (350F) degrees

•  Spray loaf pan with cooking spray.

•  Place all ingredients except cherries and chocolate in

   thermo. Pulse/turbo 15 seconds

•  Add cherries and chocolate pulse for 5 seconds

•  Pour batter into loaf pan and bake for 40 minutes or

   until knife inserted into center comes out clean.

•  Serve hot with cream

•  2 cups oatmeal

•  2 tsp baking poweder

•  2 ripe bananas

•  ½ cup honey

•  1 tsp pure vanilla extract

•  1 egg

•  ½ cup dark chocolate chips

Dark chocolate has much less sugar than standard chocolate.  You can also use sugar free chocolate from the health food section
