Busy Mixing Tips

5 minutes prep

Thermo Machine

Step 1

  •  500g (17oz) lamb fillet diced

  •  2 tsp crushed garlic

  •  1 tsp crushed ginger

  •  30g (1oz) olive oil  

     (or lamb flavour boost pod)

Step 2

  •  handfull of sliced spring onions

  •  30g (1oz) white wine

  •  20g (0.7 oz) soy sauce

  •  1 tsp sesame oil

  •  1/2 tsp chilly flakes

  •  1 tbs oyster sauce

  •  1 tbs hoysin sauce

  •  150g (5oz) vegtables of your choice diced  


Step 3

  •  2 tbs corn flour

  •  1 tbs water

•  Insert butterfly and add step 1 ingredients

•  Cook 3 minutes, 100C (212F) degrees, reverse (speed 1 bellini, blunt blades)

•  Add step 2 ingredients

•  Cook 5 minutes, 120C(248F) degrees, reverse and soft speed (speed 1 bellini blunt blades)

•  Combine step 3 ingredients in seperate container to

    make slurry then add to thermo bowl

          •  Cook 1 minute, 100C (212F) degrees, reverse     

             (speed 1 bellini blunt blades)

•   Serve with rice


Chopping the veg small means it cooks before the lamb becomes chewy

Keep jars of crushed garlic and crushed ginger in the fridge.  If you don't have this pulse/ turbo garlic and ginger for 10 seconds before step 1.

Cook your rice in bulk and freeze in meal size portions.  That way all you have to do is defrost a portion for this meal

*Optional - Add 1 tsp Raw Vegtable Powder to step 2 to boost flavour and nutrients

If you don't have a thermo machine you can cook this on a pan on the stove.  Instead of cook, fry for the same time as specified above on high heat and keep stiring as you go.
