Busy Mixing Tips

Frypan or wok

5 minutes prep

15 minutes ready to eat

Step 1 - Sauce

•  1/2 tsp pepper

•  1/2 cup of water

•  1/2 cup soy sauce

•  1 ts hoisen sauce

•  2 tsp cornstarch

•  1 tbs honey


Step 2

•  500g (18oz) rump beef diced

•  OR 2 chicken breasts diced

•  1 tbs oil


Step 3

•  1 tsp oil

•  2 tbs minced ginger

•  1 tbs minced garlic

•  2 carrot cut into match sticks (optional)

•  1 bunch brocollini sliced very thin (optional)

•  4 spring onions sliced


Step 4

•  Rice for serving (optional)




  Combine step 1 ingredients in a bowl and set aside


•  Fry step 2 ingredients in a hot pan or wok until

   cooked.  Remove and set aside


  Add Step 3 ingredients and fry for 2 minutes while

   stirring


  Add sauce to pan and simmer for 1 minute until

   sauce thickens.  


  Add back beef and stir. If sauce thickens too much

   you can add a splash more water



•  Serve with rice (or for a low carb option leave off the

   rice)
