Busy Mixing Tips



Step 1

•  450 g carrots roughly chopped


Step 2

•  4 eggs

•  140 g coconut oil

•  250 g SR flour

•  50 g honey

•  2.5 tsp ground cinnamon

•  2 tsp vanilla essence






10 minutes prep

30 minutes ready to eat

Thermo machine or Blender and oven

•  Preheat oven 180 degrees

•  Place carrots in blender and blend for 30

  seconds until carrots blended.  Turbo or pulse for

   thermo machines  

•  Add step two ingredients and blend/turbo for a

   further 30 seconds.

•  Spray mini muffin tin with spray oil, then place

   mixture in mini muffin tins

•  Bake for 15-18 minutes.  

•  Allow to cool and remove from tray



These are great frozen for school lunches
