25 minutes ready to eat


Step 1

•  500g mince beef

•  1 small onion diced

•  1/2 capsicum diced

•  Oil for frying


Step 2

•  2 tomatoes diced

•  3 tbs taco seasonsing

•  2 cups of caulifower rice

•  1/2 cup chicken stock


Step 2

•  1 1/2 cups tasty cheese grated

•  sour cream for serving

•  advocado for serving










•  Fry step 1 ingredients in a skillet on medium heat

   until mince is no longer pink

•  Add step 2 ingredients and simmer for a further

   10 minutes

•  Sprinkle cheese over the top of the skillet and

   cook until it melts (approx 4 minutes)

•  Serve with sour cream and avocado on top
