• 1 kg (2lb) fresh Lemons
• Zest all your lemons.
• Slice lemon
• Arrange slices and zest onto a dehydrator sheet (if
your dehydrator has slotted sheets you may need a
silicon mat or baking paper for the zest.
• Dehydrate at 70C (160F) degrees until fully dried.
• Store in a airtight container.
Having lemon zest ready to go is very handy
If you don't have a dehydrator you can use the lowest setting on your oven. Times will vary depending on the temperature
