Busy Mixing Tips


Step 1

•  400 grams cooked frozen pasta

•  large bowl boiling water


Step 2

•  1 tbs olive oil

•  2 tsp crushed garlic

•  4 chicken thighs diced

•  1/2 red onion diced small

•   1/2 cup diced cherry tomatoes


Step 3

•  1 cup plain or natural yogurt

•   zest of 1 lemon

•  1 tbs lemon juice

•  2 tbs chopped fresh oregano diced

•  Salt and pepper to taste




5 minutes prep

20 minutes ready to eat

Frypan

•  Place frozen pasta in boiling water and let it sit

•  Fry step 2 ingredients on medium heat for 10

   minutes until cooked

•  Drain pasta and add to frypan with step 3

   ingredients and cook for a further 3 minutes

If you don't have frozen paste you can use any other type I just find frozen already cooked saves a heap of time
