Leftover Sausage Casserole

Busy Mixing Tips

15 minutes prep

25 minutes ready to eat

Step 1

•  1 large potato peeled and diced

Step 2

•  500g sausages (any type) chopped

•  1 onion diced

•  1 tsp crushed garlic

Step 3

•  2-3 tbs gravy powder

•  What ever vegies you have diced.  eg

   broccoli, carrot, cauliflower

•  salt and pepper to taste

•  flavor boost pod (optional)

•  Add potato into a microwave safe bowl full of water

   and cook on high for 10 minutes

•  Fry on high heat step 2 ingredients in a pan until

   sausages are brown

•  In a seperate cup add boiling water to the gravy

   powder (as per packet instructions), stir and add to

   fry pan

•  Add remainder of step 3 ingredients and place lid on

   fry pan, turn down to a low heat and simmer until

   vegetables are cooked (aprox 10 minutes).

• Just before serving drain water from potatoes and

  add potatoes to the pan and stir

This makes a great dish to quickly cook when there is nothing much in your fridge.  Its also a great winner with the kids who "always want sausages"
