Oven

2 minutes prep

15 minutes ready to eat

•  1 bunch of kale


•  Spray oil


•  Garlic powder


•  Salt and Pepper





•  Preheat oven 180C (356F) degrees


•  Rip kale leaves into bite sized pieces  


•  Spray leaves with oil on both sides


•  Sprinkle garlic powder, salt and pepper on both sides


•  Place on baking tray and cook for 10-12 minutes









These are very healthy and taste great.  Try experimenting with the flavours etc, chilly powder or grated parmesan or lemon zest
