Step 1

•  3 tbs crushed garlic

•  2 bay leaves

•  7 peppercorns

•  4 zucchini sliced into half moons

•  1/4 cup fresh dill diced

•  1 tsp chives finely chopped

•  2 sprigs of rosemary


Step 2

•  2 cups boiling water

•  2 tbs olive oil

•  1/2 cup vinegar

•  1 tsp salt










•  Place step 1 ingredients into a glass jar.  

•  Combine step 2 ingredients and pour over

   zucchini

•  Seal jar and set aside at room temperature for

   24 hours

•  Refrigerate after opening
