•  Add all ingredients to processor and blitz/turbo for

   15 seconds

•  Line square cake or slice tin with baking paper

•  Place ingredients on baking paper and add another

   sheet of baking paper to the top - squash flat so it

   makes a firm slice

•  Refrigerate for 2 hours

•  Remove from fridge and slice into squares
