Food Processor or Thermo Machine

and Dehydrator


•  420g (14oz) can of corn kernel

•  2 cups grated tasty or cheddar cheese

•  1 tomato

•  3 tsp of Taco seasoning





•  Combine all ingredients in a food processor or          

   thermo until mixed and smooth

•  Spread thinly on dehydrator tray with line with

   silicon sheet or sheet of baking paper

•  Dehydrate at 70C degrees (145F) for at least 8

   hours (if you can't peel off continue to

   dehydrate until you can).

•  Peel off sheet and turn over and dehydrate for

   a further hour or until crispy

•  Break into chips

If you don't have taco seasoning use 2 tsp onion powder, 2 pinches cayenne powder and 2 pinches of garlic powder


Don't be tempted to try this in an oven.  The temperature is not low enough and it just burns the mixture.
