Healthy Cheese Pizza

Thermomachine and Oven

5 minutes prep

35 minutes ready to eat

Step 1

•  1/2 large cauliflower quartered

Step 2

•  2 eggs

•  1 cup mozzarella cheese

•  2 tsp dried oregano

•  1 tbs minced garlic

Step 3

•  1 cup grated mozzarella cheese

•  Preheat oven at 220C (425F) degrees

•  Place cauliflower into thermo machine and

   pluse/turbo for 10 seconds or until a rice consistency

•  Cover with water and cook reverse, 100C (212F)

   degrees, 10 minutes.

  Drain all the water from the cauliflower (use the

   strainer basket or cheese cloth to squeeze out the


  Add step 2 ingredients to the bowl pulse/turbo for a

   further 10 seconds

  Spread mixture on a tray lined with baking paper into

   a pizza base shape

•  Bake in the oven for 25 minutes

•  Remove from oven and sprinkle remaining cheese

   over the top of the pizza and bake for a further 5

   minutes or until cheese has melted.

•  Slice and serve


You can also add other fav pizza toppings, just put them on after the base has cooked and before you put on the step 3 ingredients
