Step 1

•  250g (9oz) milk

•  100g (3.5oz)buckwheat flour

•  100g (3.5oz) almond meal

•  1 banana

•  1 tsp vanilla essence




















•  Combine all ingredients in a blender.



•  Place tablespoon size dollops on a pan and fry on both sides until brown.



•  Serve with your favorite topping, eg butter and maple

   syrup, strawberries and cream.

Buckwheat flour is gluten free and extremely low carb compared to wheat flour.  If you can't find buckwheat flour, Coles and Woolies has buckwheat in the health food section.  All you need to do is blend it into a flour
