Busy Mixing Tips

Step 1 - Chicken

•  2 chicken breasts


Step 2

•  1 tsp dried oregano

•  1 tsp ground al purpose spice

•  1 tbs lemon juice

•  1 tsp olive oil


Step 3 - tzatziki

•  1/2 cucumber

•  1/2 tsp salt

•  250g natural or Greek yogurt

•  1 tbs lemon juice

•  small handful of fresh mint chopped fine












•  Place chicken breast between two pieces of baking

   paper and flatten with a rolling pin by beating until its

   1.5cm thick


•  Sprinkle step 2 ingredients on breast and rub in with

   fingers


•  Fry chicken for 3-4 minutes then turn and cook for a

   further 3 minutes or until golden brown. Set aside to

   rest


•  While chicken is cooking grate cucumber sprinkle

   with salt, combine and squeeze excess water with

   hands. Combine with remainder step 3 ingredients


•  Slice chicken and serve with tzatziki dolloped on top

   and a nice salad.
