Busy Mixing Tips


Step 1

•  250ml chicken stock

•  1 tsp crushed ginger

•  3 tsp crushed garlic

•  1 tbs soy sauce

•  3 carrot diced into matchsticks

•  3 shallots sliced


Step 2

•  1 tbs olive oil

•  3 eggs


Step 3

•  1 packet of frozen or fresh noodles












•  Place step 1 ingredients into a pot and bring to the

   boil.  Simmer for 5 minutes

•  Beat egg and olive oil and pour into soup.  Let it sit

   for 60 seconds while eggs cooks then swirl around

   to break up egg.

•  Add noodle and cook for a further 2 minutes  

•  Eat!
