Busy Mixing Tips

Step 1:

•  1 tsp fennel seeds

•  1 tsp cumin seeds

Step 2:

•  1 tsp crushed ginger

•  1 large onion topped tailed and peeled

•  3 tsp crushed garlic

•  125g (4oz) butter

Step 3:

•  400g (14oz) can tomatoes

•  150g (4oz) cashew nuts

•  100g (3oz) water

Step 4:

•  700g (25oz) chicken breast diced

•  250g (9oz) cream

•  Pinch of salt

•  1 tsp gram masala

•  1 tsp turmeric

•  1 tsp chilly flakes

•  Rice for serving

Step 1: Add step 1 ingredients

    •  1 min, 100C (212F) degrees, speed 1

    •  1 minute, speed 8  

Step 2: Add step 2 ingredients

    •  Pulse/turbo 5 seconds and scrape down bowl

    •  Cook 3 mins, 100C (212F) degrees, speed 1

Step 3: Add step 3 ingredients

    •  Pulse/turbo 5-10 seconds

Step 4: Add step 4 ingredients

    •  Cook 25 mins, 100C (212F) degrees, reverse

       soft speed

35 minutes ready to eat


Busy Mixing Easy Butter Chicken

Cook your rice in bulk and freeze in meal size portions.  That way all you have to do is defrost a portion for this meal.

Keep jars of crushed garlic and crushed ginger in the fridge

You can add fresh coriander to taste for serving if you like it

If using a Bellini use the blunt blades for the whole recipe (including grinding the spices) and speed one for reverse.
