Busy Mixing Tips

•  3 tsp crushed garlic

•  500g (18oz) chicken thighs diced

•  120g (4oz) parmesan cheese grated

•  250g (9oz) cream

•  1 cup mushrooms sliced

•  1 tbs plain flour

•  ½ cup parsley roughly torn


•  Rice for serving

Thermo Machine

• Insert butterfly

• Add all ingredients except parsley & flour and cook

  20 mins, 100C (212F) degrees, speed 1 blunt blades

  bellini / reverse thermomix

• Add flour & parsley, 2 minutes 100C (212F) degrees,

  speed 1 blunt blades bellini / reverse thermomix

Serve with rice, quiona or pasta and garnish with

  parsley
