•  1 medium cob loaf

•  4-5 eggs

•  1/2 cup cream  

•  handful of grated cheese (any type)

•  handful of diced bacon or cooked chicken

•  salt and pepper to taste

•  splash of soy sauce


•  Preheat oven 180C (360F) Degree

•  Take out center of cob loaf

•  Whisk remaining ingredients in a bowl with a fork

•  Pour into center of cob loaf

•  Bake for 40 minutes or until center of quiche is cooked


You'll know the quiche is cooked when a knife comes out clean


You could get creative and add other things such as mushrooms, chives or asparagus
