Peanut mix

•  1 cup peanut butter (sugar free)

•  3 tbs rice malt syrup

•  1/4 cup coconut oil


Chocolate

•  1/4 cup cocoa

•  2 tbs coconut oil




•  Combine peanut mix ingredients in a bowl


•  Line a slice baking tray with baking paper and line peanut mix on the bottom


•  Combine chocolate ingredients in a separate bowl and drizzle roughly over the top of the peanut mix


•  Set in fridge for 4 hours




Keep in an airtight container in the fridge
