Step 1

•  220g oats


Step 2

•  80g butter

•  100g coconut oil

•  40g maple syrup

•  2 tsp vanilla essence


Step 3

•  60g sunflower seeds

•  40g desiccated coconut

•  100g slivered almonds

•  60g pumpkin seeds

•  50g chocolate chips


Step 4

•  handful extra chocolate chips










•  Place oats on a baking tray and lightly toast in the

   oven at 180C for 5 mins

•  Add Step 2 ingredients and cook on speed 2, 60C

   for 3 minutes

•  Add step 3 ingredients and mix for 15 seconds on

   speed 2

•  Line a baking tray with baking paper and spread

   mixture and press evenly onto tray

•  Sprinkle extra choc chips on top and press into

   mixture

•  Place in fridge to set for 1 hour

•  Cut into bars or squares

•  Store in the fridge for approx 1 week
