•  1 cup almond meal

•  2 cups pitted dates

•  2 tbs water

•  1 tsp peppermint extract

•  4 tbs cacoa powder


Step 2

•  4 tbs desiccated coconut

•  Place step 1 ingredients in blender and blend for

   seconds until smooth

•  Roll into balls approx 1 tbs big.

•  Roll balls in coconut

•  Eat

•  Store in fridge
