Choc Nut Brittle


Step 1 - base

•  1/2 cup coconut oil

•  1/2 cup cocoa powder

•  1/4 cup maple syrup

•  1 tbs nut butter (almond or peanut)


Step 2 - add ins

•  1/4 cup roughly chopped nuts

•  1/4 cup shredded coconut






10 minutes prep

30 minutes ready to eat

Microwave

•  Place base ingredients in a bowl and melt in

   microwave for 1 - 2 minutes

•  Line a slice tray with baking paper and pour in    

   melted mixture.  

•  Sprinkle add-ins ingredients over the top of

   mixture.

•  Place flat in freezer for 20 minutes

•  Remove from freezer and break into chunks

•  Store in the fridge



Mix it up and try different add-ins like sultanas, cranberries
