Chinese Chicken and Sweetcorn Soup

Busy Mixing Tips

Step 1

•  1 tsp crushed garlic

•  1 tsp crushed ginger

•  1 L of chicken stock

•  600g creamed corn

•  250gm chicken thigh filets diced

•  1 tbs soy sauce

•  1 tbs dry white wine

•  pepper to taste

•  6 green shallots sliced

Step 2

•  1 tbs corn flour

•  50ml cold water

Step 3

•  2 eggs beaten

5 minutes prep

30 minutes ready to eat



•  Add step 1 ingredients to the bowl and cook 20

   minus varoma (ST or steam for Bellini) temp,

   speed 1

•  Combine step 2 ingredients in a sepsrate bowl

   until mixed then add to thermo bowl, cook 2 mins

   100 degrees C speed 2.

•  Cook for a further 1 min 100 degrees C

   (212F) speed 1 remove MC and slowly pour in

   egg mix through MC hole.  Then allow mixture to

   sit for three minutes while egg cooks further.

•  Serve
