Busy Mixing Tips

Frypan

15 minutes prep

15 minutes ready to eat

Step 1 - sauce

•  3 tbs orange juice

•  3 tbs apple cider vinegar

•  5 tsp soy sauce

•  1 tbs honey


Step 2

•  2 chicken breasts sliced

•  1 tsp crushed ginger

•  1 tbs oil


Step 3

•  2 cups shredded green cabbage

•  2 carrot grated

•  2 spring onions diced



Step 4

•  200g fresh noodle

•  1 tsp sesame seeds





  Combine step 1 ingredients in separate bowl and set aside


•  Fry step 2 ingredients in a pan until cooked, remove and set aside



•  Fry step 3 ingredients for 2 minutes then add sauce and fry for a further 1 minute



  Return chicken and add noodle.  Stir to coat in sauce



•  Serve with sesame seeds on top
