Busy Mixing Tips


Step 1

•  500g chicken thigh deboned


Step 2

•  2 tsp crushed garlic

•  1 tbs olive oil

•  6 tbs white vinegar

•  4 tbs soy sauce

•  4 tbs dijon mustard

•  500g sliced mushrooms


Step 3

•  1 tbs cornstarch








5 minutes prep

4 hrs ready to eat

Slow Cooker

•  Place chicken in slow cooker

•  Combine step 2 ingredients in a seperate bowl and pour over chicken.

• Cook on low for 4 hours  

•  Whisk in corn flour to thicken sauce

Serve with steam vegies and or rice.
